Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns within 30 Days

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.
  • Products must not show any signs of wear, installation, or use.

Please note: Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to decline returns if we suspect items have been used, installed, or damaged for reasons outside our control.

Always include a Track & Trace code with your return. Items lost during return shipping will not be refunded unless valid proof of shipment with tracking is provided. Returns without tracking are sent at your own risk. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, you will be notified via email. Refunds are generally processed within a few days after the return has been inspected and approved.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of being placed. After this period, they are automatically processed and can no longer be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@illuralight.shop right after placing it.

Returns are made at the sender’s own risk, and return shipping fees are non-refundable.


Received the Wrong Item?

If you received the wrong product, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost!


Refunds
